RETURNS POLICY AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1.1 All purchases made at our warehouse are final and sold as chosen, inspected and as seen.
1.2 All web orders may be returned under our returns policy. We will only Return goods in accordance with the policy set out as follows:
1.2.1 (Please note that, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), there is no legal requirement for us to provide a refund if you (the buyer) simply change your mind.)
1.2.2 In making a purchase from us, you are entering into a legal contract and agreeing that any returns will be in accordance to this contract and its policy.
1.3 In the event that an item is unwanted and purchased in error or the buyer has changed their mind, and we agree in writing to accept the return, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted before any refund is issued. Along with this, any Shipping, Posting & Packaging charges will NOT be refundable.
1.4 Any cancellation must be given in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
1.5 All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; Any free or complimentary items that may have been given with the ordered goods must be retuned also without exception.
1.6 Stock2go may at it's discretion make additional charges if the items are missing any parts or where there is damage to the packaging

2. DAMAGES
2.1 Stock2go Drivers and couriers are professional delivery and trucking companies that are contracted to deliver orders, unfortunately, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur.
2.1.1 While this happens extremely rarely, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and note all comments on damage in their entirety on the delivery Note and must be signed by the recipient and also by the Driver on the delivery note.
2.2 Where the items are delivered pre-packed, customers are also asked to photograph the damages and call us when this occurs on - 01908 560008 and e-mail the photographs of damages to support@stock2go.net within 5 business days of delivery.
2.3 If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist customer with later claims.
2.4 We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement.
2.5 Regretfully, we can only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item.
2.6 We also expect our customers to accept delivery appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process.
2.7 Any documents signed are legal documents and legally binding agreements.
3. DELIVERIES
3.1 If upon a scheduled delivery that arrives at your specified delivery address, but you do not want to accept it for any reason you have 7 days after delivery to declare it. All cases such as this will be subject to Clause 1.3
3.2 No orders will be accepted back without prior authorization by stock2go.net.
3.3 Any refund for your order will be the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 10% restocking fee
3.4 All refunds will be processed within a maximum period of to 28 days once the item is successfully received back at our warehouse.
3.5 Occasionally some items are sold and advertised as "Free delivery" items such as part of a promotion, or a discounted shipping was offered (whether or not the customer was made aware of the shipping discount at the time of purchase). The delivery costs are always incorporated in the price of our items and will be taken into the account when the refund for such item is processed.
3.5.5 After request for such return is fully processed, email with all the costs involved will be sent to you. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances and will be classed as used and accepted by the customer.
NOTE:
4.1 In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, this is a legally binding contract and we are not obligated to cover any expenses of returning an item back to us.
4.2 Where the customer feel she or she wishes to return the item themselves, It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they send the goods via reputable and trackable service.
4.3 If goods are not received back and lost in transit, we are not responsible for that loss and a claim must be made from the courier chosen by the buyer.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Subject to 5.2 below, if you are a consumer, Stock2go shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:
5.1.1 there is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by Stock2go or by its employees or agents;
5.1.2 such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
5.1.3 any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract.
5.2 Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of Stock2go for death or personal injury caused by Stock2go negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
5.3 If you are a customer who purchases goods for business or not, Stock2go shall NOT be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement. the consumer by agreeing to purchase from Stock2go hereby release stock to go from:
5.3.1 loss of business; loss of data; loss of profits; loss of goodwill; loss of anticipated savings or loss of revenue even when advised of the possibility; or
5.3.2 any indirect or consequential losses, liabilities or costs.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
7. ERRORS & OMISSION EXCEPTED
Stock2go has the right to cancel and terminate any order at its own discretion where it sees fit without explanation. Stock2go is not obligated to fulfil any order if it so chooses for whatever reason.
